Job Title: Window and Door Installer (Experienced Carpenter Preferred)

Compensation: $30-45/HR Based on experience
Start Date: Immediate
Job Summary:
We are a growing company seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and experienced carpenter for window and door installation. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in door and window installation and be eager to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We value craftsmanship, responsibility, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Install residential and commercial doors and windows with precision and care
Handle flanged installs, block frame installs, and waterproofing systems (experience preferred but ability to be trained in these areas is important)
Read and interpret installation instructions
Maintain a clean and safe worksite
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Transport own tools to job sites
Qualifications:
Proven experience in carpentry and/or door and window installation preferred
Must have own transport and tools
Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or scaffolding
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt to company installation methods
