Job Title: Training Specialist
Location: Grand Rapids Michigan 49503
Work Model: 100% Hybrid (mostly remote; candidate will be updated at the time an offer is made)

Job Summary

Analyzes customer training needs, develops and organizes the training service, and provides training on assigned applications. Masters assigned applications and related workflows to build audience-specific training infrastructure, including traditional and computer-based curriculum materials. Organizes registration and certification processes and conducts classroom as well as one-on-one training. Works closely with project leadership and key customer leaders to ensure the training program is appropriately structured to satisfy a broad range of audience requirements, including physicians. Regularly provides guidance to less experienced Information Training Specialists.

Qualifications

Education

• Required: Associate's Degree
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree

Experience

• Required: 5 years of relevant experience
• Preferred: 5 years of relevant experience

Additional Preferred Experience

• Progressively responsible experience analyzing customer training needs, developing and organizing the training service, and providing training
• Participation in multiple phases of an integrated system implementation
• Experience working through multiple phases of an integrated system implementation
