Job Title: Finance Analyst
Location: Beaverton, OR 97005
Duration: 09 months
Pay Range: $(38.73 - 40.14)/hr on W2 all-inclusive without benefits

Position Requirements:
• We are seeking a Finance Analyst who will partner with the Product Merchandising organization to drive sustainable and profitable growth for a segment of the business through the product creation lifecycle.
• We need someone to partner with both Finance partners (Revenue and Margin Finance) and cross-functional partners (Product Management, Development, and Merchandising).

Who we are looking for:
• We need a self-starter who can deliver results in ambiguous situations using strategic and financial insights, both written and visual, to help influence cross-functional partners.
• The candidate needs to have strong attention to detail and the ability to translate financial metrics across a wide range of cross-functional audiences.
• We are also seeking a team player who is curious to learn and driven to develop their skillset.

Requirements for the role include:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business or a closely related field. MB plus.
• Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and to run financial models.
• Proven experience in effectively supporting and working with senior leadership.
• 2-4 years' experience in financial analysis, financial/strategic planning, accounting and/or budgeting preferred.

What you'll work on:
• First and foremost, you will be the main finance partner for the Product Creation teams and have a seat at the table with leadership for a segment of the business.

In addition:
• You will partner with our Product Teams to translate strategic margin targets into seasonal margin plans while ensuring alignment with leadership.
• You will proactively identify the financial implications of product decisions and articulate solutions that meet the needs of business partners.
• You will work across the broader Margin Planning team to help drive projects that improve overall margins.
• You will track margin attainment each season and work with the product teams on scenario plans to improve margin.
• You will provide ad hoc margin analysis to the team and be a strategic business partner to influence price, cost and demand.
• On-site role at WHQ; typical work hours, WFH Fridays
• Current end date of 9/30/2026 will stay in place
• Degree will be required for this role; minimum Bachelor's, something in the business/finance field
• 2-4 years' experience required in a financial analyst role

Top must-have skills include the following:
• Excel expertise (highly familiar with the tool; candidate should be able to understand pivot tables, v lookups, etc.)
• Specific experience with financial modelling, scenario planning, and financial analysis
• Familiarity with PowerPoint/deck building

Desired soft skills:
• Effective communication skills; candidate should be able to translate "finance speak" into digestible information for other team members/cross functional stakeholders
• Comfortable working in ambiguity
• Willingness to engage
• Self starter

Details that would make a candidate stand out:
• Experience at a relatively large company
• Experience with consumer products
• A sense of curiosity
• The main focus of this role will be to support two different paternity leaves: one will focus on the core footwear portfolio (footwear generally under $100, big portfolio, high revenue, high visibility); the other will focus on supporting the running portfolio (high visibility, high impact)
• This team engages heavily with non-finance stakeholders. The ETW will work cross functionally with a lot of different teams, including footwear developers, and will work on a direct team with about 10 others
