  • Work closely with customers and partners to understand requirements and drive adoption of developer tools.
  • Collaborate with design and field teams to create frictionless onboarding and ensure rapid time-to-value for all user personas.
  • Conduct customer research to deeply understand workflows and enterprise-specific language.
  • Develop a 3-5 year roadmap for the knowledge graph and AI platform, incorporating contingencies for scaling and evolving market needs.
  • Create alignment across stakeholders, from engineering to executives, to execute on the vision.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of SaaS and/or AI product management experience.
  • Proven track record of shipping products that involve multimodal data, security, and scalability.
  • Deep understanding of knowledge graph technologies, RAG pipelines, and enterprise AI workflows.
  • Familiarity with indexing, retrieval, and ranking mechanisms for AI-driven platforms.
  • Strong ability to write detailed product specifications, collaborate with engineering teams, and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on approach to prototyping, testing, and iterating quickly based on user feedback.
  • Highly strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution.
  • Customer-obsessed, with a focus on understanding user workflows and delivering time-to-value.
