SANITATION RUNS ON 2ND SHIFT WITH APPROXIMATE WORK HOURS OF 2PM TO 11PM.

\n
• Manage department ensuring on-time plant start-up.
\n
• Mentor, supervise and motivate sanitation team members, providing training and development to optimize performance and personal growth.
\n
• Ensure adherence to regulations related to safety, security, GMP, sanitation, discipline, etc.
\n
• Communicate performance standards to team, recognizing and rewarding individual and team accomplishments while also counseling performance issues.
\n
• Develop and maintain a relationship with team, promoting company values, good attendance, and work ethic.
\n
• Manage labor and supply costs.
\n
• Manage chemical and water usage.
\n
• All other relevant duties to the job.
\n

\n
• High School Diploma or GED required, College Degree in Business Management, Animal Science, Poultry Science or related field preferred.
\n
• 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in poultry or meat processing.
\n
• 3+ years sanitation experience in a manufacturing environment required.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Proficient computer and analytical skills.
\n
• Detail oriented.
\n
