Retail Store Manager (Non Driving Role) - Relocation Available at SPECTRUM summary:

The Retail Store Manager leads and develops a sales team across over 700 Spectrum store locations, driving operational success and exceeding sales targets. They foster a positive customer experience by coaching staff, building customer relationships, and implementing best sales practices. The role requires retail management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours to support store operations and growth in telecommunications services.

Our Retail Sales team powers more than 700 store locations that serv e our communities and customers. We support them by offering state-of-the-art solutions including Spectrum Internet®, m obile, TV and v oice.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience
  • Working inside a retail store environment
  • High level of comfort with personal technology
• Technical skills : Intermediate knowledge of software programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Abilities : Lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Schedule : Travel and flexibility to support store hours as business needs dictate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Management experience - 1+ years
• Telecommunications/wireless experience - 1-3 years

The base pay for this position generally is between $69,000.00 and $113,800.00 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.

In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $13,200 .
