Our client is growing and needs an experienced project manager to join their team. At least ten years of experience in the design field, specifically with large structures, is needed. This position requires up to 10% travel to jobsites and client meetings.

Duties of a Project Manager:

• Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees who are best positioned to complete them
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project
• Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed due to changes in financing for the project change

Qualifications of a Project Manager:

• 10+ years of experience in the design field, specifically with large structures.
• Registered PE & PMP
• Master’s degree in Engineering preferred
• Experience managing a department or focused work team.
• Experience with high-level scheduling.
• Experience working with customers in planning and troubleshooting issues.
