Primary ResponsibilitiesFront Desk SupportServe as the first point of contact at the Resource Center by greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing appointment scheduling.Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front lobby area.Provide general administrative support and ensure smooth daily office operations.Client Support & Case Management AssistanceAssist in conducting house meetings and weekly support groups with residents.Provide behavioral support and reinforcement of resident responsibilities and policies.Transportation & SchedulingServe as the primary staff member responsible for client transportation to appointments, events, and other approved activities.Maintain flexibility to accommodate occasional weekend transports and event attendance.Ensure that the program vehicle is clean, operational, and regularly maintained.Support Groups & Curriculum FacilitationCo-lead weekly support groups with the Program Coordinator and Resource Center Case Manager.Contribute to weekly staff meetings and case consultations.Facility & Resource Center UpkeepMaintain general cleanliness, safety, and order at both Grace House and the Resource Center.Assist with setup for new residents, including preparing rooms, kitchen, and communal areas.Help restock and organize pantry, closets, and other program storage areas.Track facility needs and report repairs, supply needs, or donations required.Skills and QualificationsExperience working with vulnerable populations, ideally in a residential, peer-led, or trauma-informed setting.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain professional boundaries.Ability to lead group sessions and foster trust with clients.Comfortable with flexible scheduling, including Thursday evening availability and occasional weekends.Organizational and time management skills, especially in managing supplies and inventory.Comfortable driving clients in an agency vehicle; must have a valid drivers license.Experience with data entry and case documentation (Apricot experience is a plus).Passion for supporting women in recovery and empowerment through creative and relational programming Lived experience with trafficking, exploitation, or similar experiences is strongly preferred.
