ACE is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, founded in 2000 in Denver, Colorado, to provide low-income children with equal access to quality K-12 private schools through partial scholarship support. Over the past 25 years, ACE has delivered more than 100,000 scholarships worth over $330million. This school year, ACE is serving approximately 14,000+ children in
Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming, and is actively pursuing other expansion opportunities with the support of a national funding partner. Position Overview
The National Media Director leads the development and execution of ACE Scholarships' video and photo strategy, playing a critical role in telling ACE’s story across fundraising, advocacy, marketing, and digital platforms. This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing & Events and is responsible for building a comprehensive annual content strategy, managing media vendors, developing messaging for multimedia assets, and delivering consistent, mission-driven visual storytelling. This is a strategy-first role with the opportunity to be hands-on in content creation where applicable.
The National Media Director will also directly manage two key members of the MarComms team: the Web and Digital Communications Manager and the Content Manager.

Compensation/Benefits
Annual Salary of $90,000 - $120,000 and eligible for annual performance bonuses, plus benefits package, which includes but is not limited to:
Actual compensation offered will be finalized at offer and may be above the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer represents the components of our total rewards package.
