Job Title: MIG Welder
Job Description
We are seeking experienced welders to join a high-performance fabrication team focused on heavy industrial and structural projects. The role involves welding A36 mild steel plates ranging from ½ inch to 1.5 inches thick, as well as rectangular and round 2-beam components. Welds will be completed according to detailed blueprint callouts, requiring precision and consistency. Candidates must be comfortable working under the hood for extended periods—up to 8 hours per day—while maintaining high-quality standards and avoiding common defects such as air pockets. In addition to welding, the role includes assembly of fabricated parts and cross-functional collaboration with other departments.

Work Environment
Work in a small metal job shop that can be dirty and dusty, with an open indoor/outdoor environment. The first shift runs Monday-Friday from 5am-1:30pm, with a lunch break from 9:45am to 10:15am. Saturday work is from 6am-2:30pm, with overtime offered.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
