We are looking for a  Medical Scribe/Coding Manager  to join our team and help support this mission.

Location:  1797 Pitkin Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11212

Schedule:  Monday to Friday, Full-Time

Salary:  $55K - $60K annually, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of medical scribes and coders.
• Ensure accurate medical documentation and coding in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians to streamline documentation and coding processes.
• Conduct audits to ensure coding accuracy and compliance with payer guidelines.
• Provide training and ongoing support for team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS) is mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience in medical scribing and/or coding, with leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, coding practices, and EHR systems.
