How You Will Make an Impact
- Perform initial review and analysis of commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and service contracts
- Identify non-standard terms and potential risks aligned with internal policies
- Coordinate internal approval workflows across legal, finance, and procurement teams
- Maintain accurate contract records within contract lifecycle management systems
- Produce reports tracking contract volume, workflow efficiency, and service levels
- Serve as a point of escalation for contract-related inquiries from paralegal staff
Are you an experienced junior legal professional ready to make an impact?
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
- 1–5 years of post-bar legal experience with exposure to contract review or drafting
- Working knowledge of common commercial contract terms and conditions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- High level of organization and comfort working in technology-enabled legal environments
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management or workflow tools preferred
