Implement projects to support logistics productivity including tools and training. Essential Duties And Responsibilities The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs. Develop and manage cycle count program for third parties to successfully manage logistics of multiple inventory sites. Key contributor for quarterly revenue shipments. Ensure, maintain and improve inventory reports to present to management for visibility to inventory. Partner with cross-functional leaders and teams to deliver results on multi-discipline workstreams Develop and maintain process improvements in shipping, logistics, and storage of raw materials and finished goods. Contribute to the development, deployment and management of export compliance program. Review and create shipping documents and invoices related to import / export deliveries to ensure compliance with international trade regulations, resolve or escalate any discrepancies. Key contributor to interact with import brokers, freight forwarders, couriers to coordinate and track deliveries. Develop measurements and goals aligned with the business to report logistics performance. Develop and execute validation plans for process and design. Create and implement cost savings annually via continuous improvement programs. Represent Logistics on cross-functional initiatives as required. Identify and implement projects to mitigate any international logistics risks. Embody and deliver the “Exceptional Everyday” Qualifications Education ☒Bachelor’s degree is equivalent to three (3) years of experience Experience ☒8 to 10 years relevant experience Specific Related Experience: 3-5 years in direct experience with import / export compliance regulations Requisite Export Compliance Regulations training or certifications desired Skills Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, Distribution, 3PL, and Logistics Experience with Capital Equipment. Ability to be proficient with any shipping related issues. Strong understanding of shipping related paperwork and special requirements for worldwide shipping. Strong order fulfillment skills. Knowledge of international shipment regulations. Familiarity with export documentation requirements such as, AES (Automated Export System), Harmonized Tariff (HTS) codes, proforma invoices, commercial invoice, CBP forms and requirements. Must understand movement of goods in the international market. Hazmat experience.
