THE ROLE:
As a Junior Product Designer , you’ll be working directly with our design lead, development teams, and product managers to create optimal user experiences across multiple digital touch points and experiences. You will collaborate with both internal and client teams to meet the needs of end users.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Collaborate with developers and product managers to create intuitive solutions that solve complex problems
Assist design lead with creating mockups for potential clients
Translate requirements into designs that solve the needs of the end user and ladder up to the established experience strategy
Work within the constraints of and iterate upon existing design paradigms
Present design rationale and thinking internally and with clients as opportunities arise
WHAT YOU BRING:
1-2 years of experience
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or a graduate of a UX bootcamp
Knowledge of multiple design disciplines, including user experience design, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
Proficient in design and prototyping software, specifically Figma
Portfolio showcasing innovative and functional designs, with an attention to detail
Experience building high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate design concepts
Desktop and mobile design proficiency
Strong sense of consistency and cohesiveness
Knowledge of creating and working within a design system
Organized and able to work autonomously, with the ability to work across multiple projects
Flexibility to work with multiple teams
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience with user research
Experience with the Adobe suite of products
LOCATION :
High working hours overlap with PT essential
Limit search to onshore to begin, can expand if needed

The anticipated salary ranges for this position and subsequent locations are listed below. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we’re flexible

$73,900 — $107,200 USD
This is a hybrid office location with the expectation that you will need to go into the office 3 days week. You must be located within 50 miles of our Denver, CO office located at: 3320 Walnut St, Denver, CO 80205
Denver, CO Salary Range
$77,100 — $111,800 USD
This is remote role, however you must be located within 50 miles of Atlanta, GA to be considered.

This is a hybrid office location with the expectation that you will need to go into the office 3 days week. You must be located within 50 miles of our Chicago, IL office located at: One South Wacker, 1 S Wacker Dr #2250, Chicago, IL 60606.

$84,100 — $121,900 USD
This is a hybrid office location with the expectation that you will need to go into the office 3 days week. You must be located within 50 miles of our Boston, MA or Newburyport, MA offices located at: 35 India St, Boston, MA 02110; 20 Inn St, Newburyport, MA 01950

$84,100 — $121,900 USD
This is remote role, however you must be located within 50 miles of New York, NY (tri-state area is ok) to be considered.
