About the Role As our Event Assistant , you’ll play a key role in bringing events to life. From logistics and operations to branding and guest experience, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across every aspect of live events and hospitality. Your Responsibilities Event Operations Support with event planning, setup, and on‑the‑day logistics Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and artists to keep everything running smoothly Assist with guest lists, ticketing, and hospitality needs Provide on‑site support to ensure events run seamlessly Branding & Guest Experience Help execute branding and sponsor activations to the highest standard Contribute creative ideas to elevate audience engagement Capture behind‑the‑scenes content for marketing and PR purposes Ensure signage, displays, and guest touchpoints reflect our brand identity Team Support & Administration Assist senior staff with pre‑ and post‑event tasks Contribute to event reports, feedback, and evaluation Keep supplier, sponsor, and partner contact lists up to date Life in the Role One week you might be preparing logistics for a festival, and the next you’ll be on‑site making sure branding and sponsor activations look perfect. It’s a fast‑moving, collaborative role with plenty of variety—ideal for someone who loves live events and thrives under pressure.
