Under the direction of the Community Health Nurse Supervisor, the incumbent will provide nursing services on a level consistent with his/her qualifications and scope of work and be flexible to provide care throughout the community in the following settings: clinic, home care and daycare. A current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse License or licensed Registered Nurse within the State of Connecticut; a minimum of three (3) years experience for LPN and 2 years for RN in medical field utilizing license required. Must have knowledge of medical record documentation. Must maintain a valid driver's license; must provide a yearly DMV Certified Driving History.
