The Clinical Manager is responsible for managing clinical operations, ensuring high-quality care delivery, and maintaining regulatory compliance across the division. This role oversees clinical staff, promotes the growth of the division’s services, and ensures that operations align with the company’s overall objectives.

Job Description:

  • Directs and manages the clinical staff and policies.
  • Responsible for current company policies and procedures to maintain the clinical and regulatory standards of PHM clinical services.
  • Monitors patient equipment setups, initial and routine follow-ups of clinical staff in service locations for consistency of standards.
  • Oversees and co-manages the clinical staff at PHM locations.
  • Inspects locations for proper inventory, storage of equipment/supplies, cleaning area, log records, use of current paperwork and routinely reviews current standards of any new policies or policy changes with clinical staff.
  • Directs and manages clinical staff meetings, providing agenda and bringing in resources for on-going clinical education.
  • Works with clinical and sales staff to provide in-services to referral sources as well as staff and patient families.
  • Participates in PHM clinical staff competency assessments.
  • Any other duties assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Four-year health care degree and/or 5 years of experience in Respiratory Therapy.
  • Credentials: CRT or RRT
  • Valid Driver's License
