This side of business is critical to our growth and we are looking for an individual that has carrier experience to take inbound calls and make outbound calls to identify carriers that are qualified and fit the requirements within budget while meeting/exceeding our customer expectations. Responsibilities Develop new and grow existing carrier relationships. Negotiate price and improve efficiency. Proactively recognize issues and communicate with the sales/ops team to provide the best solutions. Work hand in hand with sales team providing quotes, updates, and carrier capacity. Resolve issues in real‑time. Experience Requirements At minimum 1 year of carrier logistics sales. Ability to negotiate and have a good understanding of the market. Can efficiently manage a fast‑paced environment, be able to multi‑task, all while driving results. Capable of working independently, but most importantly with a team and partner with our customer sales team. Strong verbal that demonstrate your ability to work with drivers, dispatchers, and others on the carrier side of business. Ability to problem solve and be flexible with carriers and clients.
