A local produce distribution company that supplies restaurants and grocery stores with fresh fruits and vegetables is looking to add to their team. This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity with a company that loves to promote from within, has a set schedule, and offers weekly pay.

Accounts Payable Clerk Job Duties:

• Inputting vendor invoice images and data into our electronic payment system
• Identifying and addressing pricing and/or receiving issues with other departments
• Responding in a timely manner to any vendor correspondence, by phone, email, or mail
• Communicating clearly, verbally and in-writing, with all internal and external agencies 
• Other related projects or duties as assigned to support the success of the Finance Department

You’ll be successful in this role if you have strong attention to detail, have strong computer skills, and are able to self-motivate to complete tasks.

Pay: $26 - $30

Schedule: Monday to Friday; flexible day shift 

Accounts Payable Clerk Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of accounting experience or related formal education
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong computer skills (Excel and 10-key)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
