We are looking for full-time and part-time State Registered Nursing Aides (SRNAs) to join their team in Lexington, KY . This role involves providing direct care to residents in a long-term care, nursing home, and rehabilitation center environment.
Pay and Benefits
- Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Weekend Shift Differential: An additional $5.00 per hour for all hours worked between Friday at 7 a.m. and Monday at 7 a.m.

Shifts Available
We offer 12-hour shifts with set schedules:
Day Shifts (7 a.m. - 7 p.m.)
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
- Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
Night Shifts (7 p.m. - 7 a.m.)
- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday
Key Responsibilities
As an SRNA, you will be responsible for:
- Providing care for residents' Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Conducting regular rounds
- Communicating clearly and promptly with nurses and other team members
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Working in a positive, team-focused environment
