Join our thriving artisan bakery as a Production Team Member where you'll be cross trained across multiple departments including production operations and packaging. This role offers incredible growth opportunities and the chance to become an expert in artisan bread production.

What You'll Do (and Love!):

Production & Baking Operations:

• Master industrial oven operations and create perfect artisan breads
• Organize and maintain efficient production workflows
• Handle dough processing and ensure quality at every step
• Coordinate production timelines and equipment setup

Packaging:

• Pack premium baked goods to exacting standards
• Perform quality inspections and maintain product excellence
• Train and mentor new team members

Team Leadership Opportunities:

• Coordinate team activities and ensure smooth operations
• Monitor attendance and manage break schedules
• Promote safety standards and GMP compliance
• Communicate effectively during shift changes

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

Essential Requirements:

• Available Friday, Saturday, Sunday (12-hour shifts) - This is non-negotiable!
• Minimum of 6-month industrial manufacturing experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability - we count on our weekend warriors!
• Flexible attitude and willingness to learn multiple roles.
• Physical tolerance for hot, humid working conditions including areas near industrial ovens, steam, and baking equipment where temperatures and humidity levels are elevated.
