The successful candidate will be tasked with setting and managing a comprehensive people operations strategy, which includes overseeing talent acquisition, HR operations, performance management, and leadership development. A key aspect of the role is to align the people operations with the organization's vision and to partner with the team to ensure a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The VP of People and Talent will also be responsible for managing and growing talent, developing and executing learning and development strategies, and serving as a thought leader on HR trends and innovations. Applicants for the VP of People and Talent position at the company should have a deep commitment to equity, particularly in advancing racial equity, and a proven track record in this area.
