About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP Finance, Corporate Controller to spearhead the transformation of its accounting shared services organization in alignment with broader finance and company transformation programs. This key leadership role is pivotal in driving the development and execution of a comprehensive transformation plan, including the establishment of standard processes, and the integration of technology, automation, and AI to enhance financial operations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for financial compliance, accuracy, and oversight of SEC reporting and compliance activities. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA strongly preferred, and at least 10 years' of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity. The role requires a proven track record in leading change management initiatives, experience in implementing and optimizing financial technology solutions, and a strong understanding of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and internal controls. The VP Finance, Corporate Controller will also be tasked with managing a large team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and service excellence, and ensuring the successful implementation of the transformation roadmap with a focus on improved efficiency and accuracy of financial processes.
