About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for the Delta Region, encompassing Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and strategic leader, responsible for advancing conservation objectives, strengthening a bipartisan network, and delivering policy solutions. This role involves leading a talented team, managing a regional budget, and ensuring the organization's strategic plan is effectively implemented. The Vice President will also be tasked with developing and driving plans for habitat conservation, climate action, and community priorities, while fostering relationships with key leaders and partners in the region. Applicants should have a minimum of 15 years' professional experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in conservation, environmental policy, or related fields. The role requires a proven track record in organizational leadership, project management, and fundraising. The ideal candidate will have excellent advocacy skills, the ability to work across the political spectrum, and a commitment to the values of care, collaboration, and innovation. Experience in fostering inclusive work environments and a deep commitment to workplace excellence are also essential.
