Job Description

Local Truck Driver. Experienced or New Drivers (trainees)

DRIVERS MUST LIVE WITHIN 30 MILES OF COLUMBUS.
Drivers will run local & deliver NO TOUCH dedicated freight from the DC to area retail stores. We will take experienced drivers, as well as new drivers who have little to no driving experience.

5 and 6 day schedules available

Drivers are typically home every day

Day and night shifts

1200-1800 MPW


All drivers MUST be 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL license.

EXPERIENCED DRIVERS: Must have at least one of the following

• 6 months of solo verifiable OTR experience (after training) within the last 12 months or

• At least 12 months in the past 5 years
• Must be 21 with a valid CDL license.

*All experience must be with 48 - 53 ft. trailers

*Must have a good MVR and Background. No job hoppers

TRAINEES: Must be 21 with a valid Class A CDL license. No driving experience necessary.

Paid training will be available to get you started.
*Must have a very good driving record and be able to pass all DOT pre-employment screenings

*No job hoppers please

5 day work week: $800 - $1200 per week. Stop Pay $10. Nights and weekends get an extra 0.4 CPM.

Single Seat: 0.45 - 0.56 CPM (based on experience)

Slip Seat: 0.46 - 0.59 CPM (based on experience)

6 day work week: $1300 - $1550 per week. Stop Pay $10 for the first stop. $15 all other stops. Nights and weekends get an extra 0.5 CPM

Single Seat: 0.48 - 0.60 CPM (based on experience)

Slip Seat: 0.49 - 0.63 CPM (based on experience)

Detention Pay: $20/hr. after 2 hours

$40 short haul pay for loads under 51 miles
