Position: RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Huntington, West Virginia — earn up to ($2073 - $2183 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.

• Monitor and interpret telemetry data to assess patient conditions.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• Utilize performance metrics to evaluate and improve nursing practices.

• Educate patients and families on health management and telemetry procedures.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

• Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for continuous improvement.

• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care and operational improvements.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license in West Virginia or compact state.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

• Experience in telemetry nursing or critical care settings preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

• Strong adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.

• Strong ability to interpret telemetry data and make quick decisions.

• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

• Excellent communication skills for patient and team interactions.

• Proficient in maintaining accurate patient care documentation.

• Experience in mentoring or training new staff is a plus.
