SHIFT - DAYS - MON-FRI - 8AM - 5PM- ROTATING WEEKENDS NO CALL NO 48 HOUR GUARANTEE - BIWEEKLY HOURS ARE 72 NO BLOCK SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS: LICENSED OR ELIGIBLE FOR OT LICENSE IN TX BLS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE May be a new graduate, but prefer 1 to 2 years of staff OT experience. Preferred: Experience with PPS system a plus. Incumbent shall be responsible for providing, under direction of the director, therapeutic interventions in interdisciplinary environmental consistent with position's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards. SCRUBS - ANY BEDS - 326 BED LICENSED ACUTE CARE FACILITY PATIENT RATIO - 7:1 TRAVELERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFO OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED MUST INCLUDE THE HOME ADDRESS & SSN ON THE SUBMISSIONS TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY
