We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective data visualizations and will be proficient in Tableau and related BI tools. Responsibilities: Collaborate with BI leads, solution architects, business users, and analysts to gather and understand reporting requirements. Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that meet business needs. Prepare and curate data sources, ensuring data quality and performance optimization. Implement row- and column-level security, user filters, and dashboard actions. Conduct unit testing, performance tuning, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Publish and maintain dashboards on Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud. Document data definitions, dashboard logic, and refresh schedules. Support production dashboards and troubleshoot issues as needed.
