PURPOSE OF POSITION : A Level II Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and doing repairs within the Stag Lodge properties and common areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing, electrical components, HVAC, drywall, and Audio Video equipment
• Remove snow outside of Stag Lodge during winter season
• Maintain and improve landscaping and exterior appearance
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years old
• Able to work with various chemicals including pool chemicals, concrete sealers, and painting products
• Able to work on ladders and scaffoldings, use power tools and equipment, and operate company vehicles in a variety of weather conditions
• Must be able to perform heavy lifting and strenuous work such as snow removal, stocking firewood and filling water softener brine tanks with salt
• Able to work in close quarters, from heights, or in underground enclosures
• Smart phone required; hand and specialty tools provided
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to work competently with a wide variety of tools
• Able to work variable shifts and weekends
• Able to lift and carry 25-50 lbs.

DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT:

• Flex Year Round - may have periods of layoff or reduced hours

PAY RATE:

• Pay: $23.00 per hour
