Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed in California, ideally holding your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), to provide services within a K-12 school setting located in Santa Rosa, CA. This contract position runs from the start date as soon as possible through the end of the school year (CSY).

The role requires availability all day Tuesdays and Thursdays, which are fixed service days each week. You will support approximately five classes with about 30 students total, some requiring about 30 minutes of therapy weekly. This position offers roughly 24 hours of work per week with a flexible opportunity to perform indirect services when additional time is available. Familiarity with VOCO software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language pathology services to K-12 students
• Provide approximately 30 minutes of weekly therapy per student as outlined
• Conduct indirect work including evaluations, documentation, and treatment planning
• Collaborate with educators and school staff to support student communication needs
• Maintain compliance with professional and school district policies

Qualifications:

• Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license, with CCC preferred
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school-based setting
• Knowledge of speech-language assessments and interventions
• Ability to commit to scheduled days (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
• Proficiency with documentation and indirect service tasks, VOCO familiarity beneficial
