We offer an excellent opportunity to join in the solar revolution! Cobalt Power Systems is growing
rapidly and looking for 10 Solar Installers to join our team. You will learn from the
best in the business and have fun being part of the Cobalt Solar family.
If you have prior solar or construction experience, that is a plus. If not, no worries, we will train
you. Cobalt has a tremendous track record of successful residential and commercial solar
projects all over the Bay Area, with 5-star customer reviews to match. We believe in taking care of our customers and our employees, and we take great pride in the quality of our work. We find great satisfaction in working in a field that reduces our planet’s
carbon footprint with renewable energy.
You will join an experienced team of three to four people, installing solar PV and Tesla
Powerwall systems. These projects include both roof mount and ground mount systems, and
both commercial and residential sites. You will be fully trained in safety practices, solar panel
installation, Tesla Powerwall installation, racking, electrical practices like wiring and conduit
bending, reading plans and schematics, and other areas of our work.
