Responsibilities Conduct research on popular and emerging trends Discover audience preferences Create written, video, and image content for a variety of social media platforms designed to create buzz and pique interest Monitor and report on web traffic and search engine optimization results and refine social media strategies based on the findings Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all social media platforms and updates Educate colleagues on best practices in social media Respond to customer comments, questions, and concerns submitted via social media in a timely manner Qualifications Previous experience as a Social Media Coordinator is preferred Familiarity with all major social media platforms Understanding of search engine optimization strategies, keyword research, Google Analytics, and WordPress Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create high volumes of engaging content Understanding of best practices in online marketing and social media marketing Flexible work from home options available.
