Description SAIC has an opening for a Service Now Requirements Manager (SETA) in Chantilly, VA with experience capturing customer business needs, quantifying them into a software enhancement requirement package, and then facilitating the allocation of those requirements to a development team. A strong acumen of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices, such as ITIL, CMMI, and SAFe is a must as candidates will be required to evaluate proposed changes to a ServiceNow platform and prioritize requirements delivery of enhancements during delivery sprints.
