The Opportunity

As a lean and fast-growing team, were looking for a Senior SEO Specialist who thrives in both strategy and execution. This is a builder's role ideal for someone who enjoys getting hands-on, driving measurable results, and mentoring others. Youll lead our organic growth strategy across multiple digital storefronts and guide our internal processes as we scale.

Youll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Web Development while driving traffic, visibility, and conversions across all channels. If you're excited by AI-enabled SEO workflows and eCommerce optimization, this role is for you.

Requirements

1. 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience (2+ in a senior/leadership role).

2. 4+ years of experience in writing and reviewing front end SEO content and back end Metadata.

3. 4+ years of proven Amazon SEO expertise, specializing in keyword driven copywriting for product titles, bullet points, and descriptions. Skilled in building fully optimized listings, achieving top keyword rankings, and improving Best Seller Rank to secure leading positions within competitive categories.

4. 4+ years of strong keyword research and execution across eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Home Depot, Shopify, Wayfair, Walmart, and Lowes.

5. 4+ years of technical SEO experience, including structured data, internal linking, page speed, and crawlability best practices.

6. 2+ years of experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer, and Python scripts to scale audits, content, and reporting.

7. 3+ years of developing and executing backlink outreach and digital PR strategies.

8. 3+ years of experience in Shopify SEO, including architecture, Liquid, schema markup, and CRO/UX optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Road mapping

Build and manage the SEO roadmap across Shopify, Amazon, Home Depot, Wayfair, Lowes, and Walmart.

Content & Keyword Management

Lead keyword research using Keyword tools and map terms to product, collection, and blog pages.

Partner with the SEO Copywriter to create optimized, engaging blog content on Shopify.

On Site & Technical SEO

Guide developers on metadata, structured data, internal linking, and performance enhancements.

Address crawl issues and implement schema at scale.

Reporting

Track keyword performance, rankings, organic revenue, and conversion metrics across all channels.

Marketplace SEO

Improve organic rankings for high volume keywords that drive conversions

Leadership & Collaboration

Mentor SEO writers and developers.

Uphold SEO standards and encourage team wide quality checks.
