Senior Financial Analyst - SaaS Industry Location: Red Bank, NJ
Full-Time | Hybrid
We are partnering with an innovative, high-growth organization in the SaaS industry to hire a
Senior Financial Analyst . This is a strategic role that will support financial planning and analysis across the business, with a focus on Sales and Marketing performance. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of SaaS financial metrics and strong modeling capabilities.
Key Responsibilities - Lead FP&A support for Sales and Marketing business units, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Develop detailed financial models and dashboards to drive strategic insights
- Analyze key SaaS KPIs including ARR, MRR, CAC, CLTV, churn, NRR, and pipeline performance
- Partner with leadership to support business decision-making and long-range planning
- Leverage tools such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or Planful to enhance forecasting accuracy
- Collaborate across departments using platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus)
- 7 years of FP&A experience , including at least 2 years working in SaaS or Fintech
- Advanced financial modeling skills and strong Excel expertise
- Experience with financial planning tools such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or Planful
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and business partnering skills
