Senior Enrolled Agent

• An exceptional competitive compensation package:

  • Base, plus a production-based bonus (generally 6 figures)

  • Bonus plan that will start after 30 days of hire

  • 13 Fridays off (during the off-season)

  • There is no competition with any other team, everyone is eligible for the production based monthly bonuses.

What you’re offering:

• Has strong tax knowledge with at least 3+ years of experience preparing taxes

• Enrolled Agent certification

• Ability to prepare individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns in various industries

• Ability to communicate directly with clients and handle client questions

• Ability to meet with clients (virtually and eventually in the office)

• A team leader who enjoys working with their own team and the other team leaders

• A self-starter with the ability to handle and manage multiple priorities at the same time

• Ability to work overtime during busy season
