Overview Senior Behavior Specialist (SBS) at LEARN Behavioral. Provide high-quality, evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to children with autism. SBS works under the direction of a behavior analyst with independence and technical skills, supervises cases, and helps with protocol modification while accruing hours toward certification. Responsibilities Provide behavior treatment by protocol to clients, as-needed Provide clinical direction to technicians, as-needed Assist behavior analysts in protocol modification, assessments, family treatment guidance, treatment planning and clinical programming Follow guidelines regarding time spent on non-billable activities Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor Qualifications Master’s degree or enrolled in Master’s degree program Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within 12 months of obtaining a master’s Supervision hours in progress or completed (as outlined by BACB requirements) Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment Commitment to clinical values: clinical curiosity, integrity, parent partnership, client-focus, and clinical competency Benefits New Hire Training & additional trainings to help you transition into a supervisory role Mileage & drive-time reimbursement between clients Tablet for use across working environments + electronic data collection Full-time and part-time benefits available including Medical, Vision, Dental Mental Health/Well-being resources (EAP, Care.com Membership, Lifecare Specialists) 401(k) with discretionary match starting at year 1 Sick leave in accordance with state policies PTO, paid holidays, and floating holidays for full-time employees Support from multiple specialty teams and DE&I initiatives Ethical, quality-led services for families Equal Opportunity BCI/LEARN Behavioral is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
