Job Description
Job Duties (but not limited to the following):
Manage 2 (part-time) employees
Get vacant units ready to market and rent
Maintain and provide tenants with all current required forms and disclosures
Collect all unit rents (via check, money orders or credit card) and record in accounting system (Storage Commander)
Send late notices, pre-lien notices and final lien sale notices for any unpaid units
Minor property/grounds maintenance and repairs (i.e. landscaping, walkways, patio, stairs, etc.)
Supervise all outsourced maintenance
Provide weekly property status reports
Provide GREAT customer service
