As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, deliver outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly with all individuals on site. This role requires both armed and driving responsibilities. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to observe for unusual conditions.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disturbances and to support a secure environment.
• Complete reports and document incidents according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Monitor access points and screen individuals entering and exiting the location to help to deter prohibited items or unauthorized entry.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services as needed during incidents or emergencies.
• Follow all post orders and directives provided by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
