  • Foster a trusting, safe environment for raising issues without fear of blame, emphasizing productive conflict resolution.
  • Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution to drive team alignment.
  • Prepare and present progress and success reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate activities with other teams across the program, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Partner with the Product Owner to support prioritization and backlog management.

  • Promote core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and visibility.
  • Track and communicate team progress and metrics to relevant stakeholders.
  • Cultivate an environment of collaboration and creativity, empowering the team to self-organize and make appropriate commitments.
  • Identify and eliminate distractions or impediments to ensure delivery against commitments.
  • Challenge and enable continuous improvement through intentional, data-driven inspect-and-adapt cycles (retrospectives).

About the Role

This is an opportunity to join a leading enterprise as a Scrum Master, driving impactful technology solutions in a complex data integrations and engineering program.
