Job Description

A K-12 school in Converse, TX is seeking multiple bilingual school psychologists for the 2025-2026 academic school year. This contract position offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time employment with a hybrid schedule option. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and comfortable conducting evaluations in Spanish to support a diverse student population.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for K-12 students
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide counseling and interventions to support student academic and emotional success
• Utilize bilingual skills to assess students and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking families
• Participate in meetings and provide professional guidance regarding student needs and services

Qualifications:

• Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Fluency in Spanish and experience conducting evaluations in Spanish
• Experience working with K-12 student populations
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment

Location: Converse, Texas
Contract Duration: August 11, 2025 May 29, 2026
Schedule: Full-time or part-time; hybrid schedule available
