Pay:

$20.00–$28.00/hour depending on location and experience
(Most locations start between $20–$22/hour. Some offer up to $28/hour for experienced drivers.)

Job Summary:

Palmer Bus Service is hiring School Bus Drivers across Southern Minnesota ! This is a regional job posting , meaning you only need to apply once. During the screening process, you’ll be asked to choose your preferred location from our 15 Southern MN sites.

We Proudly Serve the following Southern Mn Schools:

Adrian, Austin, Jackson, Janesville, Lake Crystal, Maple River, Mankato, MVL–New Ulm, Waseca, Windom, Zumbrota, St. Clair, TCU–Montgomery, Mountain Lake, and Round Lake–Brewster.

• Safely transport students to and from school
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Perform pre-trip inspections
• Keep the bus clean and fueled
• Enforce safe and respectful student behavior
• Occasionally drive for field trips, sports, or special events
• Report any incidents or concerns to your Site Manager
  

• Valid MN driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical
• CDL with passenger, school bus, and air brake endorsements (we provide paid training if needed)
• Patience, reliability, and a strong commitment to student safety
