Responsibilities

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
  • Identify target markets and develop outreach programs to increase community awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to inform strategic planning.
  • Coordinate promotional events and activities to enhance the community’s visibility and engage potential residents.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and businesses to foster partnerships and referral sources.
  • Educate families and potential residents about the benefits of senior living and the specific offerings of the community.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage follow-ups, and analyze sales performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the senior living or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and increasing occupancy rates.
  • Strong understanding of the senior living market and community dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership capabilities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and community engagement.
