What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Drive the distribution strategy for Supplemental Health products within the Government and Education sectors
• Partner with internal teams to uncover cross-sell opportunities and enhance client education
• Collaborate with matrix partners to innovate and improve service offerings in the G&E sectors
• Accountable for achieving assigned sales goals and executing market strategies
• Participate in negotiations and presentations to stakeholders and clients

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10+ years of relevant experience in sales or related fields
• Proven history of delivering business results and meeting sales targets
• Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with large national accounts and government procurement processes
• Familiarity with trends and innovations in Supplemental Health
• Proven ability to lead in a heavily matrixed environment
