What We Need From You:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Must be willing to travel to job sites in a 50-mile radius around Nashville area
- Valid Drivers License & Reliable Transportation Required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing all roofing projects for our branch including remove and replacements, as well as repairs
- Ordering materials with our vendor partners
- Managing the tracking, scheduling, and timelines of all jobs
- Documenting job progress within CRM
- Assisting in the transport of leftover materials to warehouse
- Handling change/add orders
- Establishing and cultivating vendor partnerships
