• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Previous Sales, Retail, or related experience preferred.

Requirements:

• Working Days Mon. Sat.

• Food Experience is a Plus.
• Able to Lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and supervision of employees.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
• Help Conducting interviews and hiring personnel.
• Consulting executives on decisions impacting all management levels.
• Planning and implementing training programs for staff.
• Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
• Notates damage and piece count when applicable.
• Verifies receipts against purchase orders.
• Advises the purchasing department of shortages and overages.
• Stocks all goods in appropriate locations.
• Assists in physical inventories.
• Picking products for orders.
• Consult with clients after sales or contracts in order to resolve problems and provide ongoing customer support.
• Maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and sanitation.
• Responsible for maintaining effective warehouse practices and procedures, including FDA, USDA, and other governmental agencies. 
• Implement and maintain the training program.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
