What Youll Do:
As our General Manager, youll be the driving force behind the success of our restaurant. Youll oversee all aspects of operations, from leading and inspiring your team to ensuring top-notch guest service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
Your responsibilities include:
Guiding and mentoring hourly employees and the management team.
Ensuring the restaurant meets high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and operational efficiency.
Delivering exceptional guest experiences with a smile.
Managing administrative and accounting tasks in line with company policies.
