Collaborate with hiring managers and full‑time recruiters to align on role criteria. Maintain accurate candidate records and notes within the ATS. Provide weekly summaries or recommendations of top candidates. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an Accounting or Finance position Strong ability to quickly interpret resumes across a variety of roles or industries.
