What You'll Do:
Provide direct resident care and oversee individualized treatment plans,
Supervise CNAs and support staff during your shift,
Monitor conditions, administer medications, and ensure quality standards,
Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
What You Need:
Active RN license in good standing,
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred,
