Nurses in this fast-paced environment assess, monitor, and provide care for a wide range of patients while collaborating with physicians and care teams to determine next steps—whether admission, discharge, or transfer.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with:

• Caring for diverse patient populations, including cardiac, neuro, medical, and post-op

• Rapid assessment and frequent reassessment to guide patient care plans

• Providing patient and family education for discharge readiness

• Coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams in a dynamic setting

What makes this unit stand out:

• 24/7 leadership support and strong interdisciplinary collaboration

• A team that values flexibility, critical thinking, and patient-centered care
